Blue Ribbon was created by Edwin 'Ted' Streets in 1968, in the small town of Corrimal, NSW. He began by selling his signature buttermilk vanilla ice cream to his neighbours with the help of his wife Daisy and his brothers. Today, Streets is one of Australia’s biggest and best-known ice cream makers. \
